The art of having!
What is the art of having and what does it really mean?
Well if you know what it is to have things in your life then you will get a sense of what this is. The interesting thing is that most of us aren't the energy of having. We are the energy of not having. So neither is better than the other, they are just different experiences. Though the art of having can create much more in your life. So when you look at not having that is what a lot of people experience in life. Not having happiness, not having love, not having relationship, not having success. There is a lot of not having in many peoples lives. So what else is possible? Well what about having. Having success, having happiness, having love, having relationship, having money. Which of these would you like to have in your life? Having some of these might be a greater life for you.
So would you like to have?
First you have to ask the question what is it that I would like to have? as once you are clear about that then it makes it much easier to actually go and attain that. So it is about getting really clear about what you would like to have.
Then how do you go about the art of having?
You look at what you have to change right now, in this moment to take you to what you would like to have. As and example if you would like to change your body. You have to take a different action to making that happen. So to eat in a different way or to go and exercise or to start acknowledging what you already like about your body. Or all these things.
As where you are now you have to change and become more of you to have what you would like to have. This is the key. You have to change to get to what you would like to have. And when you become aware of what change is required and take action on that every moment of every day. You have mastered the art of having :)
